Return & PackagingComplimentary standard shipping within 7 working days on all purchases over $250. Personalization may add up to 8-14 business days. You may return a piece that you purchased online for an exchange or store credits, within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for any exchange or store credits, the following conditions need to be met: It must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip. The creation does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified) It is not a custom order or special order. Personalized orders cannot be returned. We do not ship to PO boxes, UPS locations, Freight Forwarders or hotels. Signature required on all purchases over $300.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
